Sirocco Overland 2013 Trip In Motion Picture
We have been working on this little project for sometime now. Compiling all our time-lapsed footage from the GoPro, video from Lisa’s camera and also the DSLR. We have put together the best bits that represent the 10 month trip we undertook last year. There was a big learning curve with the GoPro, a lot of the time-lapse stuff we tried didn’t really work, some were better than others and often when times got tough we simply didn’t film (like the time we tipped the truck into a snowdrift at night in Finland and had to winch ourselves out of 5 feet of snow).
It is a short little ensemble and we hope you enjoy it.

Dear Lisa and Gareth, what a production! It is very informative Are you guys thinking of making a proper video? If so, I will be the first one to buy it. You see, I am now retired and would like to see the world the way you do it. Hence your adventure report has given me more insight into my planned adventure. I am not very good with computer and search the net. Therefore could you tell me if you have made a full report of your 2013 trip from Sweden to Magadan as I like to try it too.

Hi Peter, No firm plans for a longer movie. We have blogged for nearly every country on our route which you can find in our trip report section. If you have any questions feel free to drop us an email and we will answer as best as we can 🙂
